Deleting your MyHouse account

You can delete your MyHouse account and the data linked to it at any time.

From the app

• Open MyHouse and go to Profile, the last tab at the bottom.
• Scroll to the end and tap Delete account.
• Confirm with Delete for good.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, write to myhouse.proj@gmail.com from your account’s email address with the subject “Delete account”. We will reply to confirm and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email, profile photo, Google or Apple sign-in and notifications.
• Your health data: treatments, doses, diary and the access you gave other people.
• Homes where you are the only person, with everything in them.

What stays

In shared homes the inventory, lists and expenses stay, because the other people need them; in the accounts you will appear as “Deleted account”. Technical database backups are overwritten within a few days.

Only want to delete some data? Health data can be deleted from Medicine → Privacy → Delete health data, and you can leave a home from Profile → Leave this home. For anything else write to myhouse.proj@gmail.com.
